ATI vcr1 and vcr2 Video codec fix for Windows NT 4

Got a bit pissed of by not beeing able to run some of the recently posted
ATI VCR1/2 encoded videos on my WinNT system. So after a bit of registry
tweaking I think I've solved it.

The attached reg file adds four entrys, references to the name of the
attached dll's and descriptions of the dll's.

Start by copying the dll's to your winnt\system folder and then
double click the reg file to merge the new information to your registry.

That's it..

If you inspect the reg file you see that it is very simple, it should not be
to difficult to use this method on other codecs (not avaliable for NT) as long
as you know the name that your media player searches for (vidc.vcr2 for example).

Unfortunatly I did not have access to a clean system to test this one on, so I'm
not sure that it will work on all systems. Also this regfile was made/tested
on a WinNT system. I have no idea of what it would do on a Win95/98 system so
I would NOT try to run it on anything else than WinNT.

Also, you run it on your own risk. It isn't hard to remove the two registry keys
however (if it would cause problems with other codecs or something like that.

Feel free to distribute this "package" or put it on some webspace.. or whatever..
